Essential Yoga This four hour workshop provides an overview of the practice of Yoga as well as its benefits. Students are taught simple yet effective flexibility, postures and breathing techniques that can be easily incorporated at the workplace. It has all the fundamentals to embark your employees on the journey to a healthy life/work balance. One or Two Day Programs A more in-depth program allowing for more practical sessions to ensure employees are able to put the techniques discussed into practice. Depending on the duration, the sessions can include Postures (Asanas), Breathing (Pranayama), Relaxation, Sun Salutation, Positive Thinking, Cleansing and Meditative Breathing. Ongoing
