Summertime is the time that many of us spend outside with family and friends doing all kinds of great stuff; but maybe not too much yoga?  Autumn is the time of year when we naturally begin to turn inwards and settle ourselves down for more serious undertakings like study and practice. Since all the other schools start back up again in September, Maya Yoga has  decided to do the same.  This intensive will be about refocusing your attention back  to your practice and reestablishing it on the mat. This is a lovely time of year to be on Maui.  You owe it to yourself to come and dive back into your Yoga Practice!! See you in September!!
