If you are seeking a 500hr RYT certification with Yoga Alliance, then you must have already completed a 200hr Yoga Alliance recognized teacher training. If you wish to simply deepen your practice and expand your horizons you may join us on this blissful journey as well. Students will learn how to teach a challenging vinyasa class in a safe and alignment oriented manner.
